Community & Support¶
openstan is built by a small team and maintained in the open. Here is how to get help, stay updated, and connect with us.
Get help¶
| Channel | Best for |
|---|---|
| GitHub Discussions | Questions, troubleshooting, "how do I …?" |
| Documentation | Guides, tutorials, screen references |
| Video Tutorials | Step-by-step walkthroughs |
GitHub Discussions is our primary support channel. Search existing discussions before posting — your question may already be answered. We aim to respond within 7 days.
Request a new bank¶
Don't see your bank? Start a discussion in the Adding a New Bank category — request a new bank, discuss bank support, or ask how to add a bank configuration yourself. Vote on existing requests to help us prioritise. For formal requests, use the New Bank Request template on GitHub.
New banks are added via TOML configuration files — no coding required.
