openstan is developed in the open and shaped by real user feedback. Whether you hit a rough edge during installation, found a bank that doesn't parse correctly, or have an idea for a feature that would save you hours — we want to hear about it.

The form below is anonymous by default. You can optionally provide an email address if you are happy for us to follow up directly.

What to Share

Your feedback is most useful when it is specific. Some prompts:

  • Installation — did the installer work on your platform, or did you hit any problems getting started?
  • Import quality — did your bank statements parse correctly, or were there errors, missing fields, or REVIEW/FAILURE results?
  • Export & reports — did the Excel or CSV output meet your needs?
  • Feature requests — is there something missing that would save you time? Describe the workflow you are trying to complete.
  • General experience — anything that felt confusing, slow, or broken.

Bug Reports and Bank Requests
